Terms & Conditions
· Applicable for Exotic Room only at Lost World Hotel.
· Complimentary upgrade to next available category is valid for the first 30 room bookings only.
· For reservations, call 05 540 8888 and provide your Sunway Pals card number/member ID & MyKad/Passport during your booking.
· Limited to 1 (one) room booking per member and a maximum stay of 3D2N of an additional cost of RM210, subject to availability.
· Present your Sunway Pals card/mobile app and matching MyKad/Passport upon check in. If the details are invalid, the room will be charged based on the tier rate of the day.
· Additional surcharge of RM25 nett per room per night will apply for an upgrade to the Classical category.
· All rates quote may be subjected to further taxes as and when implemented by the state government
