Step 1: Download the AirAsia BIG Loyalty app: https://www.airasiabig.com/app/my/en/
Step 2: Open the AirAsia BIG app, select “Get Points” and tap on BIG Xchange tile
Step 3: Select Sunway Pals tiles and click “Convert Now” 
Step 4:  Select “Add an account”
Step 5: Insert Sunway Pals Card No and Sunway Pals password
Step 6: Sunway Pals account has been linked successfully (One-time account linkage)
Step 7: Select points to convert, “tick” T&C box and select “Convert Now”
Step 8: Receive Pals Points (within 3 days) / BIG Points (instantly)
