Terms & Conditions
Screamfest 4: Sihir will be held on 17–19 October, 24–26 October, and 31 October 2025, from 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM at Sunway Lost World of Tambun.
Ticket Purchase:
- Tickets can be purchased via the Sunway Super App or at Sunway Lost World of Tambun’s ticketing counters.
- Each ticket admits one (1) person for the event on the selected date only.
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash or other dates.
Admission Policy:
- Guests must present a valid e-ticket or QR code from the Sunway Super App for entry.
- Entry is subject to park capacity and operating hours.
- Re-entry is not allowed once guests exit the park.
General Conditions:
- Sunway Lost World of Tambun reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest who engages in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
- The management reserves the right to amend, cancel, or change the event, ticket prices, or terms and conditions without prior notice.
