STEP 1: At Home Page > Select Sunway Points QR
STEP 2: Show Sunway Points QR for Cashier to Scan
STEP 3: Key in 6-Digit Redemption PIN on terminal.

How to use Sunway Points for e-Deals Redemption?

STEP 1: Select the e-Deals you would like to redeem.
STEP 2: Click ‘Redeem Now’
STEP 3: Enter 6-Digit PIN

e-Deals Redemption is Successful. Find e-Deals at Home > Rewards > My Rewards Wallet

Forgot about 6-Digit PIN? Follow steps below to set 6-Digit Redemption PIN:

STEP 1: At Home Page > Go to ‘Account’ tab at bottom right
STEP 2: Select ‘Update PIN’
STEP 3: Enter and re-enter your 6- Digit PIN then enter your account password.
STEP 4: Press ‘Confirm’ when you’re done.

And that’s it! You have successfully set your Redemption PIN.
