a) Sunway Points to PLUSMiles Points:
Step 1: Go to Sunway Super App.
Step 2: Click ’Earn’ in the navigation bar & click 'Exchange'.
Step 4: Insert Login Credentials or Sign Up for New Account.
Step 5: Click Menu Bar on top left & select ‘Points Exchange’.
Step 6: Click ‘Convert’ on PLUSMiles tiles.
Step 7: Fill in required details and proceed to convert.
Step 8: Your PLUSMiles points will be reflected instantly on PLUS App.
b) PLUSMiles Points to Sunway Points:
Step 2: Click 'See All' & select 'Points Exchange'.
Step 3: Click on the Sunway Super App tiles.
Step 4: Enter your Sunway Super App Member ID & click 'Exchange'.
Step 5: Click 'Yes' to confirm.
Step 6: Click 'Back to Home' to return to the main homepage or click 'Check your Points History'.
Step 7: Your Sunway Points will be reflected within 5 minutes time & active for usage within 3 days.

• The Sunway Points exchange to PLUSMiles Points is an initiative between Sunway Pals Loyalty Sdn. Bhd. (“Sunway Super App”) and Projek Lebuhraya Usahasama Berhad (“PLUS”) (hereinafter referred to as “Points Exchange Programme”). By participating in this Points Exchange Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and decisions of Sunway Super App without limitation or qualification.
• The Points Exchange Programme (“Points Exchange”) shall be applicable to all Sunway Super App Members who are entitled to convert their Sunway Points to PLUSMiles Points with effect from 13 May 2024 until 31 December 2024 (“Exchange Period”) or until such further notice.
• The rate of Points Exchange shall be in a denomination of 1,000 Sunway Points to 900 PLUSMiles Points (“Redemption Exchange Rate”).
• Sunway Super App reserves the right to amend the Redemption Exchange Rate at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without giving any prior notice to you.
• You are required to have a minimum of 1,000 Sunway Points in your Sunway Super App Account to convert to PLUSMiles Points as per the latest denomination published in Sunway Super App’s platform.
• The Points Exchange from Sunway Super App will be immediate/instantaneous for the Sunway Points to be converted to PLUSMiles Points. However, should a system failure or technical glitch occur, it may take twenty one (21) working days for the Points Exchange to be processed.
• This Points Exchange Programme is available on Sunway Super App website only.
• Once the Points Exchange is successful, the relevant Sunway Points will be deducted from your Sunway Super App Account and are non-returnable and/or non-refundable under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all information that you submit, transmit or otherwise make available during your participation of this Points Exchange Programme. Sunway Super App shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by inaccurate submissions of the details by you.
• PLUSMiles Points are valid for 6 months from the date of points exchange or upon membership termination.
• Expired PLUSMiles Points will be considered as void and are non-replaceable.
• The utilization of PLUSMiles Points is subject to terms and conditions of Projek Lebuhraya Usahasama Berhad (“PLUS”).
• Sunway Super App to the fullest extent permitted by law exclude all warranties, rights and remedies (including warranties implied by statute or otherwise) that you would otherwise be entitled to by law.
• Your participation in this Points Exchange Programme constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are responsible for and shall comply with all these Terms and Conditions and you shall not, as part of your participation in this Points Exchange Programme, breach any of these terms.
• You shall comply with all applicable laws when participating in this Points Exchange Programme.
• Sunway Super App reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend, add to and/or alter any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, and in such manner as Sunway Super App deems appropriate without giving any prior notice to you. You shall be deemed to have accepted the amendments and be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions if you continue to participate in this Points Exchange Programme.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunway Super App shall not be liable for non-performance, error, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions (or any part thereof) or for any inaccuracy, unreliability or unsuitability of this Points Exchange Programme.
• Sunway Super App’s decisions on any matter related to this Points Exchange Programme shall be final and conclusive. Sunway Super App shall not be liable for any claims by you or any third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Points Exchange Programme.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.
