Special Birthday E-vouchers – Sunway Super App
Let’s celebrate your special month with our Sunway Super App’s awesome birthday rewards. Just head to your Sunway Super App to redeem your Birthday E-vouchers in your ‘My Rewards Wallet’ in your birthday month!
Here’s how you can redeem!
1. Go to ‘Rewards’ icon via app homepage > ‘My Rewards Wallet’
2. Tap the birthday e-voucher for more details.
3. Tap ‘Use Now’ > Flash the voucher’s QR to the cashier to redeem during payment.
4. Tap ‘Done’ and receive your Birthday Gift!
Can’t find your birthday e-Vouchers? Here’s how:
Option 1: Email your IC and Sunway Super App member ID to our customer service to request for the Birthday E-vouchers.

Option 2: Drop by our Sunway Super App customer service counter at Sunway Pyramid Mall F1.55A & Sunway Carnival Mall 2F-K03. Provide your IC and Sunway Super App member ID to award the Birthday E-vouchers.
Terms & Conditions
- Only valid during member’s birthday month.
- Refer to respective merchant e-voucher for detailed terms and conditions.
- For new members who sign up during the birthday month, do send us your request via email: [email protected] or visit our Sunway Super App customer service counter at Sunway Pyramid Mall F1.55A & Sunway Carnival Mall 2F-K03 to collect your Birthday E-vouchers. Birthday E-vouchers will be awarded directly into members’ Sunway Super App account within 1 day after processed.
- Each e-voucher is only allowed to be redeemed ONCE (1) and must be presented during payment.
- e-Voucher is not exchangeable, refundable and transferable for cash.
