Eligibility:

1.1 The contest is open to all customers who are registered as SMP Go Card members and have downloaded the Sunway Super App.

1.2 Participants must be aged 18 years and above. Employees of Sunway Multicare Pharmacy and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Contest Period:

2.1 The contest will run from 1 October 2024 to 30 November 2024. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.

How to Participate:

3.1 Participants must spend a minimum of RM150 in a single receipt at Sunway Multicare Pharmacy to qualify.

3.2 Follow Sunway Multicare Pharmacy’s official WhatsApp channel and submit proof via WhatsApp to 011-57629663, along with the purchase receipt.

3.3 Participants can submit multiple entries, but each entry must be accompanied by a unique receipt and proof of following the WhatsApp channel.

4.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

4.3 The organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.

Winner Selection & Notification:

5.1 Winners will be randomly selected at the end of the contest period.

5.2 Winners will be notified via WhatsApp using the contact number submitted.

5.3 If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the announcement, the prize may be forfeited, and a new winner may be selected.

6.1 By participating in this contest, participants agree to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data for the purpose of the contest.

6.2 Participants' personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

General:

7.1 Sunway Multicare Pharmacy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Sunway Multicare Pharmacy, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

7.3 Sunway Multicare Pharmacy shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this contest or from the acceptance or use of any prize
