1. What is Redemption PIN?

     A Redemption PIN is a 6-digit PIN number that you can set and use to authorize certain Sunway Points & e-Deals redemptions transactions.

*It functions as another layer of security to safeguard your Sunway Points so make sure that no one else besides yourself knows your Pals PIN.

2. When will I need to use my Redemption PIN?

     You will be requested to enter your Redemption PIN upon redemption of your Sunway Points or e-Redemptions through the app at merchant stores. You will need to enter it correctly in order for the redemption to proceed successfully. So be sure to remember your PIN!

3. How do I set my Redemption PIN?

     Here are the steps to setting your Redemption PIN when you first create your account or if you forgot your PIN:

      i)    Go to the home page of the Sunway Super App.

      ii)   Select  the ‘Account’ tab at the bottom right.

      iii)  Select ‘Update PIN’.

      iv)  Enter and re-enter your PIN then enter your account password.

      v)   Press ‘OK’ when you’re done.

And that’s it! You have successfully set your Redemption PIN.
