1. This campaign shown are valid from 18 October – 31 December 2024 unless stated otherwise.

2. This campaign is eligible to all Sunway Super App member spend at Sunway Super App offline store merchants, Sunway Property, Sunway Hotel & Resort, Sunway Theme Parks, Sunway Education, Sunway Medical Centre, and Sunway Super App mini program partners.

3. Sunway Super App members are required to spend and collect Sunway Points to be eligible to participate in this campaign.

4. Eligible entries will be accumulated for every RM50 spent across one or more transactions at participating retail merchants. For instance:

- if a participant spends RM70 in one transaction and RM30 in another, the total spend of RM100 will entitle them to two (2) entries. Any remaining amount below RM50 will not contribute towards additional entries.

5. Campaign Prizes:

• Grand Prize - 1 Winner

• 2nd Prize - 20 Winners

• 3rd Prize - 40 Winners

*After selecting the Grand Prize winner, subsequent winners will be awarded the 2nd & 3rd Prizes accordingly.

6. The following transactions are not classified as Eligible Spend:

• e-Gift card transaction

• Parking transaction

7. Each member stands a chance to win a maximum of one (1) prize in this campaign

8. Winner selection is based on achieving the qualifying spend and collecting Sunway Points at Sunway Super App merchants, Sunway Property, Sunway Hotels & Resorts, Sunway Theme Parks, the Sunway Super App online store, and mini program partners.

9. By participating in this campaign, Sunway Super App member agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

10. Sunway Super App shall not be liable for any risk, loss or damage to the prizes upon handover of the prizes to the Winners. Neither shall Sunway Super App be liable for or obligated to recognize or replace defective, damage or stolen prizes. 

11. Campaign fulfilment will be completed within 3 – 5 weeks from the campaign end date.

12. The prizes are not transferable and exchangeable for up-front cash or credit, either in part or in full.

13. Sunway Super App reserves the right to publish and display the names, addresses, photographs, and audio or visual recordings of Winners in any mass media or marketing materials for advertising and publicity purposes, without compensation, subject to the consent of the Winners.

14. Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable. Winners are not entitled to any cash compensation, benefits, or substitutions in any form in lieu of the prizes. However, Sunway Super App reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute any of the prizes with others of equal or similar value.

15. Sunway Super App reserves the right, at any time, to vary, modify, replace, substitute or terminate the campaign without prior notification to members and without being liable in any way to members.
